Terms of Service

1. Service
Ocelot Social Panel ("the Panel") is a web application operated by Ocelot for managing social media activity for our agency clients, including connecting TikTok accounts via official TikTok developer products (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API) and publishing or reviewing organic content with the client's authorization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Access to the Panel is provided to Ocelot staff and to authorized client representatives under a commercial agreement with Ocelot. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. TikTok authorization
Connecting a TikTok account requires the account holder (or a person with lawful authority) to complete TikTok's consent screen and grant the listed scopes. You represent that you are authorized to grant those permissions for the connected account.
Before each publish action, the Panel shows the creator username and avatar and requires explicit confirmation. You are responsible for the content published to the connected account.
4. Acceptable use
- Comply with TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt to access another client's data or bypass multi-tenant controls.
- Do not reverse-engineer or abuse TikTok APIs beyond authorized scopes.
5. Third-party platforms
TikTok is a third-party service. Availability, rate limits, sandbox restrictions and approval status of TikTok APIs are outside Ocelot's control. The Panel may show limited or private-only publishing behaviour while apps are under TikTok review.
6. Disclaimer
The Panel is provided on an "as available" basis for agency operations. To the extent permitted by law, Ocelot disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
